Responsibilities

detection, identification and tracking of targets in real time
artillery fire adjustment
coordination of FPV drones, kamikaze drones and discharges to destroy enemy manpower and equipment
piloting in conditions of electronic interference, selection of optimal frequencies and antennas
intelligence processing, video recording and preparation of reports for headquarters
pre-flight preparation, component replacement and minor field repairs
performance of tasks in the area of hostilities

ability to work with maps, orienteering without GPS, technical literacy
emotional stability, ability to make decisions in conditions of time deficit and high risk
PC skills to work with situational awareness systems
experience in a similar position will be an advantage

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
