Responsibilities

control of an unmanned aerial vehicle using specialized equipment
collection and analysis of data obtained as a result of UAV flights or defeat of the enemy depending on the tasks set
interaction with the team and customers to achieve the set goals
maintenance of equipment in good condition and regular maintenance

secondary vocational or higher education, preferably technical
desire to work with UAVs
desire to learn and the ability to quickly master new techniques
ability to work in a team, responsibility and discipline
physical endurance and readiness to perform tasks
experience with UAVs will be an advantage
ability to drive vehicles and having a driver's license of categories B, C will be an advantage

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from 25 000 to 200 000 UAH depending on the place of service and performance of tasks
service as part of a combat unit with modern equipment
financial assistance for the conclusion of the first contract
basic combined arms training and professional training of UAV operators (if necessary)
regular training and opportunities for professional development
