Responsibilities

UAV piloting within the framework of military operations and tasks
performing intelligence, surveillance and other types of tasks using special equipment and software (training is carried out)
collection, analysis and transmission of relevant information received from the UAV to the command staff
ensuring the safety and proper operation of UAVs during flights
performing other tasks related to UAV piloting in accordance with the requirements of the command staff

desire to serve in the army and be part of the military team
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
ability to work with computers, applications and electronic devices
motivation, desire to learn and improve skills
ability to work in conditions of military operations and stressful situations
sociability and ability to work collectively
ability to work with special devices and software
readiness to perform tasks in the area of hostilities
availability of gaming experience (e-sports, console player, etc.)

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
possible performance of duties in the combat zone
monthly guaranteed cash security from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the complexity and location of the tasks
annual guaranteed payment of health benefits in the amount of monthly cash security
