Responsibilities

control of attack and/or reconnaissance UAVs using specialized software and necessary equipment
performing combat missions for enemy reconnaissance, adjusting the fire of friendly units of the brigade, inflicting fire damage on the enemy and as intended as part of the unit
providing support for the work of other units of the brigade during the performance of their combat missions using various UAVs
collection, analysis and generalization of intelligence obtained with the help of UAVs, their transfer to the command of the unit
maintenance, pre-flight preparation of UAVs and their equipment, control of technical condition of UAVs, adjustment of necessary photo/video equipment of UAVs
support of weapons in constant combat readiness
work in a team to guarantee the achievement of the combat tasks of the unit
observance of military discipline, laws of Ukraine, laws and guiding documents of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone
practical experience in UAV management/maintenance will be an advantage, but not mandatory (mandatory training is provided)
confident use of computer programs and systems
willingness to constantly learn and improve their own technical and combat skills
willingness to work in a team
responsibility and attention to the details of the tasks
the desire to succeed in fulfilling the tasks set and focus on the result
experience in military service and combat experience will be an advantage
age from 18 years

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
service in the combat zone
monthly guaranteed cash security from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the complexity and location of the tasks
annual additional payment for health improvement in the amount of monthly cash security
annual basic leave and additional leave from 10 days for family reasons
provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment and proper nutrition
free medical care
