higher education with a degree in Psychology or related
experience of practical work with people: counseling, crisis assistance, group work
knowledge of methods of psychological first aid and work with acute stress
stress resistance and the ability to keep professional boundaries
communication skills, ability to talk to people of different ages and experience

mobilization service until the end of martial law or under contract
cash security according to current norms
