Responsibilities

formation of military personnel's mental stability and psychological readiness to perform tasks
assessment of psychological readiness and resilience of servicemen performing combat and special tasks
implementation of measures for the development of psychological stability of military personnel to negative factors of traumatic events
psychological work with military personnel who are in crisis
planning and conducting psychological support activities in the troops
increasing the psychological endurance of servicemen during the performance of tasks
participation in measures to restore psychological readiness and stress resistance of personnel
participation in crisis interventions for persons exposed to traumatic effects
assessment of changes in the psychological readiness and resilience of the personnel of the military unit during the performance of tasks
methodological assistance to groups of psychological and moral support
compliance with legal requirements and guidance documents on internal control and risk management
perform other tasks specified by the head of the department

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from 20 000 to 50 000 UAH depending on the task and place of service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
