Responsibilities
- organization of collection of combat and training experience of units
- conducting surveys, interviews, debriefings after completing tasks
- analysis of reports, logs of hostilities, reports, video and photo materials
- preparation of analytical reports, reports, recommendations to the commander
- development of practical recommendations for changes in tactics, organization of service, preparation of
- initiation of changes to SOP (standard operating procedures), instructions
- monitoring the implementation of measures for the implementation of lessons learned
Requirements
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- desire to constantly learn and improve their skills
- the ability to quickly adapt to the situation and make informed decisions
- organization, responsibility, stress resistance, discipline
- lack of addictions (alcohol, drug, gaming, etc.)
