Responsibilities

automation of management, accounting and information exchange processes
implementation of modern IT solutions in the activities of the brigade headquarters and units
ensuring the functioning of information systems and digital services
interaction with the command on the implementation of digital tools
analysis of the effectiveness of technology use and their improvement
control of information security and data protection
writing and maintaining technical documentation for developed IT solutions

the rank of officer
higher education (IT, cybersecurity, telecommunications or related fields – preferably)
experience in IT, project management or digital transformation will be an advantage
understanding of modern digital technologies, communication and automation systems
the ability to modernize outdated processes and implement new IT solutions
understanding of the regulatory framework of Ukraine in the areas of digital development, electronic communications, personal data and cybersecurity
leadership qualities and team management experience
analytical thinking and systematic approach to problem solving
readiness to perform military service under contract or mobilization
ability to work in conditions of increased physical and psychological stress
readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone

service under a motivational contract for a period of 2 years
work with innovative technologies and management systems
the ability to influence the effectiveness of combat units through IT solutions
guaranteed annual basic leave of 30 days + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons;
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
the Social Guarantee
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
