Responsibility and Discipline
more than 1 year of leadership experience (experience in IT will be an advantage) or related military experience of responsibility for the implementation of a project or initiative
experience in participating in projects as an analyst, coordinator, specialist or developer
skills in planning, setting tasks and monitoring implementation
developed discussion moderation and team management skills
