Digital Development Department Officer

Responsibilities

providing documentary support of processes in the ASCOD system
preparation and support of orders, instructions, reports and reports
maintenance of technical, operational and design documentation
analysis of legislation in the field of digitalization, personal data protection and cybersecurity, processing of regulatory legal acts
structuring and maintaining documentation up to date

more than 3 years of experience in the position of a documentary support specialist or related experience in creating documentation
experience in working with design, technical, operational and regulatory documentation in complex IT projects
experience in developing instructions, methodological materials and regulations
experience in structuring a large amount of information and creating a unified documentation system
experience in ASCOD
ability to organize team work and coordinate tasks
skills in planning, setting tasks and monitoring implementation
ability to make decisions and act in conditions of uncertainty
experience in rulemaking, IT law or digital regulation will be an advantage
knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of digitalization, personal data protection, cybersecurity will be an advantage
experience in the development and processing of regulatory legal acts will be an advantage
knowledge of regulatory procedures will be an advantage
understanding of electronic trust services technologies, AI tools will be an advantage
confident mastery of MS Office, M365, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence or similar systems will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
