Responsibilities

individual and group psychological counseling
assessment of the moral and psychological state of servicemen
organization of measures for psychological support and adaptation of personnel
participation in psychological support of servicemen after performing combat missions
maintenance of official documentation
interaction with the medical service and other structural units
participation in activities to maintain the psychological readiness of personnel

higher education with a degree in Psychology, Practical Psychology or a related field
officer rank or possibility of appointment to an officer position
experience as a psychologist will be an advantage
high communication skills, responsibility and professional ethics
emotional stability, attentiveness and ability to work with people
readiness for service under the Basic Contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness or limited fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission
