Responsibilities

carrying out measures of psychological support of personnel
work with primary service documentation
assessment of the moral and psychological state of servicemen
providing psychological assistance to military personnel
participation in events of professional and psychological selection of personnel
psychological support of military personnel during their service
participation in activities of psychological preparation, adaptation and recovery
maintaining documentation in accordance with the established requirements
individual and group consultations
monitoring of the moral and psychological climate in the units
timely detection of signs of psychological exhaustion, maladjustment and PTSD
interaction with unit commanders on issues of moral and psychological support of personnel

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
availability of complete basic or complete higher education in the specialty "Psychology"
confident use of PC, office programs, tables and text editors
experience of practical psychological work will be an advantage
the presence of an officer rank or the possibility of appointment to an officer position
knowledge of the basics of military psychology and moral and psychological support
responsibility, stress resistance, organization and communication skills
ability to work in conditions of high load and multitasking

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from 20,000 + additional cash reward of 30,000 hryvnias, based on the performance of tasks and combat orders
