Responsibilities

participation in planning activities for combat and professional training of personnel
preparation of plans, schedules, programs and accompanying documentation of the educational process
coordination of interaction with brigade units on the organization of training
control of the timeliness of the planned training activities within the official powers
preparation of reports, references and reports on learning outcomes
participation in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities and preparing proposals for their improvement
maintenance and updating of accounting and educational-methodical documentation
promoting the introduction of modern methods of training and professional development of personnel
perform other tasks in accordance with the official duties and orders of the command

higher education, preferably military, pedagogical or in the direction of management or related specialty
understanding of the principles of organization of military training and educational process
experience in military service, instructor activity or organization of training will be an advantage
confident use of a computer, office programs and spreadsheets
skills in planning, preparing documentation and working with reporting
organization, responsibility, attention to detail and communication skills
readiness for military and professional training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
compliance with the requirements for military service in the officer position according to the conclusion of the VLC

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
financial support from UAH 51,000 to 70,000 according to military rank, position, length of service and conditions of service
possibility of service under the contract in accordance with the established procedure
providing the necessary computer equipment, software and working materials
opportunity to undergo specialized training and advanced training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
