Responsibilities
- organization and maintenance of personal and qualitative records of the personnel of the military unit in accordance with the governing documents of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- execution of orders of the commander of the combat unit (reception, transfer, dismissal, vacation, business trip, assignment of military ranks)
- maintenance and timely updating of personal files, service record cards and electronic databases of military personnel
- interaction with TCC and SP, other military units and higher staffs on staffing and accounting
- preparation of certificates, extracts from orders, service characteristics and other personnel documents
- control over compliance with the procedure for granting annual and additional leave, registration of documents for receiving cash payments and statuses (UBD, etc.)
- participation in planning of staffing and work with candidates for military service
Requirements
- officers (junior lieutenant, lieutenant, senior lieutenant, captain)
- higher education (legal, economic, HR/personnel management or higher military education will be an advantage)
- experience in personnel bodies, personnel departments (S1) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine / Defense Forces or civil experience in the field of HR / HR records management from 1 year will be a plus
- knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding the procedure for military service, personnel accounting and record keeping
- confident PC user (MS Office, Google Docs, work with databases and electronic document management)
- high responsibility, attention to detail, meticulousness in working with documents, confidentiality and stress resistance
