Responsibilities

organization of the work of the BpS branch
organization of freelance duty service of the BpS department at the brigade checkpoint
keeping operational records of UAVs, crews and ammunition for strike UAVs for the military unit
planning and use of units (operators) of strike UAVs in the interests of the brigade
planning and monitoring the work of UAV operators to ensure situational awareness
interaction with structural units of the OKP of the military unit, in the interests of performing combat missions by units (operators) of the BpS
planning, preparation and control of training of personnel of BpS units

understanding of the types of UAVs in service with the SOU: reconnaissance, strike (FPV, kamikaze drones), bombers, wings - their performance characteristics, range, payload, limitations
work with situational awareness systems (Delta, Nettle)
keeping operational records of personnel, BpS — by nomenclature, serial numbers, status (combat/under repair/lost)
experience with reporting and high-quality analytics
understanding of the structure of the brigade's OKP, the functions of C2/C3/C5, artillery, reconnaissance units — for setting tasks and obtaining data
work with closed communication channels, compliance with secrecy

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
transfer of active servicemen from other military units
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance in accordance with the completed combat missions up to UAH 80 000
provision of modern machinery, equipment, means of protection
full support of the candidate from the first call to registration in the part to the selected unit
social guarantees and compensation in accordance with the current legislation
