Responsibilities

the Journal of Combat Operations
preparation of combat planning documents
development and implementation of plans for operational and tactical activities of the battalion
preparation of reports
participation in ensuring the functioning of the unit management system
coordination with other units and commanders to ensure successful completion of tasks
planning and coordination of battalion units
interaction between battalion units and structural units of the battalion headquarters
collection, analysis and assessment of the situation affecting the preparation and conduct of combat operations of the battalion
development of documentation on the use of battalion units involved in hostilities

the rank of officer
ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
communication skills and ability to work in a team
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
knowledge and experience in planning operational and tactical activities
availability of officer rank
high level of self-discipline, sufficient level of stress resistance
higher education in military-tactical direction
experience in military service and combat experience will be an advantage
knowledge of the requirements of the "Combat Statute of Mechanized and Tank Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine"

the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
service in the area of active hostilities
free treatment and financial compensation for injuries resulting from participation in hostilities
cash allowance from UAH 27,000 to UAH 127,000, depending on the task and place of service
provision of uniform, personal protective equipment and food
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
official annual leave, family leave, assistance in obtaining the status of a combatant in case of participation in hostilities and other social guarantees in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
