- keeping records of personnel, equipment and ammunition
- development of combat orders, reports and training plans

- availability of officer rank and higher education
- Systemic and Analytical Thinking
- Ability to make quick decisions
- possession of military documentation and maps
- skills of working with modern means of communication and management
- fitness for service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
