Responsibilities

collecting information on the needs of the population, damaged infrastructure, humanitarian situation
organization of evacuation of civilians, support of humanitarian aid, interaction with local authorities, volunteers and international organizations
support for the protection of the civilian population
work with IDPs, families of servicemen, veterans, wounded (social support, assistance with documents, psychological support)
coordination with other units
organization of information campaigns, countering disinformation, supporting communication between the military and civilians
preparation of analytical materials, reports and proposals for high command

higher education (preferably in law, social work, psychology, public administration, international relations or military education with a specialized specialty)
experience in working with documents, communication, coordination with government agencies, TCC, social protection authorities

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
work under martial law: combining office activities with field trips, coordination with CCCs, hospitals, communities
service in the area of combat missions, the second line
