Responsibilities
- study of individual psychological characteristics of servicemen and candidates for military service
- participation in the rational distribution of candidates for positions, formation of crews (calculations, groups) based on the psychological compatibility of military personnel
- psychological testing of persons involved in service with weapons
- conducting activities of psychological education (psychoeducation) of personnel, teaching them methods of psychological self- and mutual assistance
- identifying military personnel in crisis psycho-emotional states and providing them with psychological assistance
Requirements
- higher psychological education
- officer rank will be an advantage
- performance of tasks in the combat zone
What We Offer
- Service under contract
- the possibility of transferring current military personnel is not provided
- cash security: rate of 26,500 + additional payments from 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias for performing tasks in the combat zone, depending on the duration and area of the task
