Responsibilities

conducting psychological selection and studying of newly arrived personnel
providing primary psychological assistance in cases of combat stress or mental trauma
assessment and prompt response to changes in the psychological readiness and resilience of personnel
Strengthening Military Discipline
assistance to commanders in resolving conflicts and disputes in the teams of units
development of recommendations for improving the psychological climate in the units
keeping records, documentation and reports on the state of psycho-emotional health of personnel

the rank of officer
higher education in Psychology or Sociology
Emotional resilience and ability to work with military personnel in stressful situations
communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different people
high level of motivation
Ability to listen and understand people
experience in military service or combat experience will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
cash allowance from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
service as part of a combat unit with full support
financial assistance for the conclusion of the first contract
basic combined arms training
