Responsibilities
- conducting individual and group psychological work with military personnel
- monitoring and assessment of the moral and psychological state of personnel
- psychological support of military personnel during their service
- participation in psychological adaptation of newly arrived personnel
- conducting psychological information and training activities
- interaction with other specialists of the psychological support service of personnel
Requirements
- higher education in Psychology or a related field
- officer rank or possibility of appointment to an officer position
- practical experience as a psychologist will be a significant advantage
- communication skills and the ability to find an approach to different people
- emotional stability, responsibility and professional ethics
- ability to work with confidential information
- willingness to work in conditions of increased psychological stress
