Responsibilities

conducting psychodiagnostics, monitoring and evaluation of the psychological state of servicemen
conducting military and psychological training activities for personnel (both for current servicemen and within the framework of adaptation measures for newly arrived replenishment)
participation in professional and psychological selection and distribution of personnel, taking into account psychological and psychophysiological characteristics
carrying out measures to restore the psychological readiness and resilience of personnel
providing psychological assistance to servicemen, conducting individual psychological consultations, implementation of psychological support measures
organizing and conducting classes for personnel and colleagues - military psychologists of units of the 3rd AC
methodical and research work

professional education in the following areas: psychology, psychiatry, physiology (bachelor, master)
availability of professional courses, certificates
civilian/military experience in the specialty
the Patriotism of Ukraine
resistance to frustration
proactive position in work, desire to develop, learn new things

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the commander of the unit
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
the possibility of service for candidates with the status of MFR after passing all the procedures provided for by law
financial support from 25 000 UAH depending on the task and place of service
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation
