Responsibilities
- conducting individual and group consultations for military personnel
- crisis intervention after the withdrawal of fighters from the combat mission zone
- diagnosis and selection of military personnel for further psychological assistance or rehabilitation
- training of personnel basic skills of psychological self-help and psychoeducation
- work to reduce the risk of PTSD, suicidal tendencies and emotional burnout
- maintaining relevant documentation, preparing reports and recommendations for command
Requirements
- age from 20 years
- fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
- certification in crisis intervention / psychotherapy will be an advantage
- education: higher (psychology, clinical psychology, psychotherapy) - preferably a confirmed diploma
- experience in working with military, emergency situations or in the field of psychological rehabilitation is desirable
- skills of individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, psychoeducation
- readiness to constantly improve skills, undergo training, courses and trainings
- stress resistance, responsibility, ability to work in a team
