Responsibilities
- conducting trainings on self-regulation, stress management and team interaction
- assessment of the moral state of the units
- identification of servicemen who need help or rest, and report this to the command
- assistance in resolving conflicts and maintaining trust between fighters
- analytical reporting and preparation of certificates
Requirements
- officer rank from junior lieutenant
- experience as a psychologist or HR manager
- stress resistance, sociability, empathy
