Responsibilities
- conducting trainings on self-regulation, overcoming stress and establishing team interaction
- assessment of the morale of units and identification of servicemen who need help or rest
- analytical reporting and preparation of certificates
- promoting conflict resolution and maintaining a trusting atmosphere between fighters
Requirements
- availability of officer rank (from junior lieutenant)
- experience as a psychologist, HR manager
- high level of stress resistance, sociability, empathy
- military service experience or combat experience is desirable
