Responsibilities

conducting psychological support activities in the unit
increasing the psychological endurance of servicemen during the performance of tasks
distribution of methodological and reference materials on psychological work
conducting activities, classes (trainings, intervision groups) to restore psychological readiness and stress resistance of personnel
providing methodological assistance to groups of psychological and moral support
assessment and forecasting of the influence of factors on the psychological readiness of servicemen to perform tasks
performance of other official tasks determined by the head of the department

the rank of officer
higher education in the relevant professional field (psychology, sociology)
experience in psychological support and working with people
fitness for health service in military support units, educational institutions (institutions) and other rear units
developed communication and leadership skills
experience of service as a PPP officer will be an advantage
having combat experience will be an advantage

contract service or mobilization until the end of martial law
social benefits in accordance with current legislation: annual leave of 30 calendar days
the Medical Support
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VVK, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers
cash security from UAH 50,000 according to years of service
support at the stage of passing the RTCC for civilians and movement for active military personnel
