Responsibilities

drafting combat orders, combat orders for subordinate units
development of textual and graphic parts of plans for defensive, offensive, stabilization and other types of hostilities based on the decision of the command
maintenance and updating of combat logs and other staff documentation
formation of extracts from combat orders, final combat reports, combat logs
preparation of reports and reports to the highest command
analysis of the situation on the battlefield and identification of potential threats
study, analysis and generalization of combat experience, if necessary

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
financial support depending on previous length of service, assigned tasks and place of service
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
guaranteed annual paid basic leave of 30 days + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons + additional 14 days of leave for combatants
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation
the opportunity to get acquainted with the commander and the unit before making a decision, without the risk of forced mobilization
qualified support at all stages of mobilization or transfer before taking office
