Responsibilities
- participation in the organization of management and daily activities of the battalion
- planning and coordinating the implementation of certain tasks
- work with personnel and control over the implementation of assigned tasks
- participation in the preparation of official and operational documentation
- interaction with company commanders, platoons and other units
- monitoring compliance with military discipline
- participation in the organization of combat training of personnel
- performance of other tasks in accordance with official duties
Requirements
- officer rank or possibility of appointment to an officer position
- Military education will be an advantage
- experience in military service and work in officer positions - preferably
- organizational and leadership qualities
- responsibility, discipline and stress resistance
- ability to make decisions and work with a large amount of information
- readiness for service under a Combat Contract or transfer through the Army+
- fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
