Responsibilities

providing the command with legal advice on military service and activities of the military unit
legal examination of draft orders, orders, contracts and other official documents
preparation of legal opinions, certificates, appeals and responses to inquiries
control of compliance of draft management decisions with the requirements of current legislation
participation in claim work and representation of the interests of a military unit in the prescribed manner
providing legal assistance on social and legal protection of military personnel
participation in measures to prevent violations of legislation and strengthen military discipline
analysis of changes in legislation and informing the command about their application in official activities
interaction with military authorities, state institutions and other authorized bodies on legal issues
maintaining and proper storage of legal documentation
performance of other tasks in accordance with official duties and powers

higher legal education
knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine, in particular regulations in the field of defense and military service
understanding of the procedure for military service and organization of military units
skills of preparation, analysis and legal examination of documents
experience in military service or work in legal departments will be an advantage
competent oral and written speech
analytical thinking, attention to detail and responsibility
ability to work with regulatory frameworks and office programs
compliance with the requirements for the protection of personal data and proprietary information
readiness for military and professional training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
compliance with the requirements for military service in the officer position according to the conclusion of the VLC

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
possibility of service under the contract in accordance with the established procedure
providing the necessary computer equipment, software and working materials
