Responsibilities

verification of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of draft orders, legal documents submitted for signature to the commander of the military unit
legal support in the investigation of events and cases requiring legal intervention
providing answers to citizens' appeals, lawyer's requests, requests from law enforcement and other state bodies
interaction with other departments to obtain the necessary information
providing consultations on military law to the personnel of the military unit
representation of the interests of the military unit in court proceedings (mainly work in the electronic court cabinet)
implementation of legal support for the economic activity of the military unit (participation in the preparation, conclusion and implementation of control over the implementation of economic contracts, organization of claim work)
introduction of documentation on the organization of legal work, preparation and submission of reports

mobilization by the end of martial law directly to a military unit without the participation of the CCC or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation
package of social and legal guarantees for military personnel and members of their families
the possibility of transferring current servicemen with the consent of the commander or through the Army+
