Responsibilities

verification of draft orders and instructions of the command for compliance with current legislation
providing explanations to fellows about their rights, benefits, payments and social guarantees
legal support and control over the correctness of official investigations
protection of the rights of the unit and military personnel in courts, state bodies and in cooperation with civil organizations
conducting cases related to public procurement, logistics agreements and compensation for losses

Master's degree or specialist in law
ability to negotiate, maintain confidentiality and objectivity
understanding of the statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, laws on social protection of the military and norms of international humanitarian law (IHL)
attention to detail
analytical thinking

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
training in specialized courses on military justice and international law according to NATO standards
access to modern legal databases and electronic document management systems, which simplifies bureaucratic processes
