Responsibilities

collection, verification and systematization of information on the circumstances of events and possible offenses
processing of reports, explanations, certificates and other materials received by the group
preparation of official documents, reports and conclusions within the limits of official authority
participation in clarifying the circumstances of incidents in accordance with the established procedure
analysis of available materials, identifying discrepancies and determining the need for additional information
interaction with unit commanders, personnel service, legal service and other authorized officials
compliance with the requirements of the legislation, military regulations and certain procedures when working with materials
ensuring the confidentiality of personal data and service information
performance of other tasks within the official duties

higher education in law, public administration, security or related specialty will be an advantage
knowledge of the basics of Ukrainian legislation, military regulations and the procedure for military service
experience in working with documents, conducting inspections or official activities in military units will be an advantage
confident use of a computer, office programs and spreadsheets
impartiality, attention to detail, analytical thinking and responsibility
ability to work with restricted access information in compliance with established requirements
readiness for military and professional training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
compliance with the requirements for military service in the officer position according to the conclusion of the VLC

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
providing the necessary computer equipment, software and working materials
the possibility of professional training and advanced training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
