Responsibilities

providing primary psychological assistance in cases of combat stress or combat mental trauma by servicemen of the unit
analysis of the psychological state of personnel, identification of problems and development of recommendations for improving the psychological climate in units
measures to restore the psychological readiness and resilience of military personnel
assessment, prompt response to changes in the psychological readiness and resilience of personnel
coordination of actions with the command to maintain the psychological health of servicemen
providing recommendations on sending military personnel for rehabilitation
preparation of reports and conclusions

higher education in the field of Psychology
experience as a psychologist
communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different people
availability of officer rank
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
experience in military service will be an advantage
resistance to stress
responsibility and ability to work in stressful conditions
readiness to work in the combat zone
Absence of criminal record

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
