Responsibilities
- measures to restore the psychological readiness and resilience of military personnel
- assessment, prompt response to changes in the psychological readiness and resilience of personnel
- providing primary psychological assistance in cases of combat stress or combat mental trauma by servicemen of the unit
- analysis of the psychological state of personnel, identification of problems and development of recommendations for improving the psychological climate in the unit
Requirements
- communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different people
- the rank of officer
- experience as a psychologist
- experience in military service will be an advantage
- higher education with a degree in Psychology
