Responsibilities
- assessment, prompt response to changes in the psychological readiness and resilience of personnel
- measures to restore the psychological readiness and resilience of military personnel
- reporting on the work done
- providing primary psychological assistance in cases of combat stress or combat mental trauma by servicemen of the unit
- providing recommendations on sending military personnel for rehabilitation
- conducting psycho-educative and training sessions
Requirements
- resistance to stress
- experience in military service will be an advantage
- availability of officer rank
- fitness for service for health reasons
- communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different people
- experience as a psychologist
