Responsibilities
- analysis of the psychological state of personnel, identification of problems and development of recommendations for improving the psychological climate in units
- monitoring of the psychological state of servicemen, identification of servicemen in crisis psycho-emotional states
- carrying out activities for psychological support of military personnel
- conducting psycho-educative and training sessions
- reporting on the work done
Requirements
- experience as a psychologist
- availability of officer rank
- communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different people
