Responsibilities
- organization and coordination of work on psychological support of personnel
- participation in events of professional and psychological selection of personnel
- implementation of measures for the prevention of psycho-emotional disorders, maladjustment and suicidal behavior
- psychological support of servicemen after performing combat missions, treatment and rehabilitation
- interaction with the medical service and other officials on psychological support
- maintaining accounting and reporting documentation in the area of activity
Requirements
- higher education in Psychology, Practical Psychology or related specialties
- skills of assessing the moral and psychological state of personnel
- experience in conducting individual and group psychological events
- skills in preparing analytical reports, reports and official documents
- confident knowledge of PC and office programs
