Responsibilities
- preparation of combat planning documents
- the Journal of Combat Operations
- development and implementation of plans for operational and tactical activities of the battalion
- preparation of reports
- analysis of the situation on the battlefield and identification of potential threats
- planning and coordination of battalion units
- participation in ensuring the functioning of the unit management system
Requirements
- ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- the rank of officer
- high level of self-discipline, sufficient level of stress resistance
- knowledge and experience in planning operational and tactical activities
- communication skills and ability to work in a team
- readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
- ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
- cash allowance from UAH 27,000 to UAH 127,000, depending on the task and place of service
