Responsibilities

psychological support of military personnel
identification of signs of psychological tension and combat stress
conducting individual psychological consultations
providing psychological support to military personnel
participation in activities of psychological rehabilitation and recovery
carrying out psycho-preventive measures in units
participation in the preparation of recommendations to commanders on maintaining the psychological stability of personnel
maintaining the necessary official and psychological documentation
interaction with the medical service and other specialists within the competence

higher education with a degree in Psychology
experience as a psychologist will be an advantage
experience working with military personnel or in crisis situations – preferably
knowledge of methods of psychological diagnosis and counseling
understanding of the peculiarities of combat stress and psychological adaptation
high level of emotional stability
developed communication skills and empathy
responsibility, tact and adherence to professional ethics
Ability to work with confidential information
readiness for military and special training
readiness for service only under contract or transfer through the Army+
