Responsibilities

psychodiagnostics of personnel, assessment of the state and identification of signs of combat stress or PTSD
provision of primary psychological assistance, organization of corrective and preventive measures
conducting classes on psychological training and education, training of officers and sergeants of methods of psychological study
interaction with commanders, doctors and chaplains, providing recommendations on the distribution of tasks and rest
documentation, reporting, development of proposals to improve the psychological stability of military personnel

availability of an officer's rank (other options are also being considered, subject to appropriate education and competencies)
higher education in "Psychology" or "Psychotherapy" (state diploma)
education in the field of military, crisis psychology will be an advantage
practical experience in psychology will be an advantage
skills in providing psychological assistance in extreme situations
readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
financial support from 25 000 to 120 000 UAH depending on years of service, rank and combat (special) tasks
provision of uniform, all necessary personal protective equipment (helmet, bulletproof vest, first aid kit) and full nutrition
