Combat Stress Control Group Officer

Responsibilities

monitoring of mental states, study of individual psychological characteristics of military personnel
prevention of combat mental injuries in military personnel
conducting classes on psychological education and psychological training of personnel
psychological support during the performance of assigned tasks and during recovery
providing primary psychological assistance in crisis states

higher education in "Psychology" (specialty military, crisis, extreme psychology will be an advantage)
in-depth knowledge in psychology, physiology of stress
skills in providing psychological assistance in extreme situations
confident PC user (owning Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Windows, specialized software)
empathy and resistance to stress
ability to maintain confidentiality, communication skills and the ability to work in a team
the presence of the officer rank will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from 30 000 to 130 000 UAH depending on the task and place of service
full provision of the necessary equipment and gear
annual basic leave 30 days + additional leave 10 days for family reasons
