Responsibilities
- organization and coordination of the unmanned systems group
- planning the use of UAVs and other unmanned systems
- management and control of operators and technical personnel
- organization of personnel training
- control of technical readiness of unmanned systems and equipment
- analysis of the results of tasks and preparation of reports
- interaction with unit commanders and other specialists
- participation in the introduction of new technologies and improvement of the work of the group
Requirements
- officer rank or possibility of appointment to an officer position
- experience with UAVs or other unmanned systems will be an advantage
- experience in military service and personnel management - preferably
- understanding of the principles of unmanned systems
- organizational and leadership qualities
- analytical thinking, responsibility and stress resistance
- ability to make decisions and work effectively in a team
- readiness for service under a Combat Contract or transfer through the Army+
- fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
