Responsibilities

providing training for new pilots
analysis and processing of flight results, reporting
constant monitoring and updating of operational documentation on the use of UAVs
support in combat readiness of weapons, equipment and ammunition
monitoring the readiness of personnel to perform tasks
development of strategies to achieve the tasks set
observance of military discipline and execution of combat orders

availability of officer rank
fitness for service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
experience with unmanned aerial vehicles will be an advantage
responsibility, analytical mind, attention to detail, observation and stress resistance
high level of motivation

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
financial support depending on previous length of service, assigned tasks and place of service
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
guaranteed annual paid basic leave of 30 days + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons + additional 14 days of leave for combatants
social benefits in accordance with the current legislation
qualified support at all stages of mobilization or transfer before taking office
