Responsibilities

Fire Support Unit
preparation and delivery of ammunition for firing
ensuring the safety of other members of the calculation during firing
preservation and maintenance of mortar equipment, ensuring its readiness for firing
compliance with the requirements of statutes and military discipline

proper level of motivation, desire to learn and improve
good physical shape and health
courage, initiative and discipline
conscientious and honest performance of military duty
readiness to work in combat areas (definitely after appropriate training and prior training and coordination)
having combat experience/experience in military service will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from 21,000 to 120,000 hryvnias, depending on the tasks performed, the place of their execution, as well as the title
providing training or improving skills, providing the necessary support to gain sufficient experience and skills
proper medical care
vacation according to the schedule and in the presence of family circumstances that are determined by law
legal support and psychological support
attracting candidates with combat experience in 2014-2024 directly to the unit without passing the BZVP (if desired), if necessary, professional training is guaranteed
