Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of mortar calculation
training, maintenance of mortar and ammunition for combat use, bringing ammunition for firing
maintaining in good condition and combat readiness of personal and regular weapons, their mechanisms and ammunition
arrangement of fortifications and camouflage
ensuring technical serviceability of the mortar
continuous improvement of their professional skills
accurate performance of combat missions as part of the unit

age from 18 years
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
secondary, specialized secondary or higher education
good physical preparation
high military discipline and responsibility
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
absence of convictions
experience in military service will be an advantage
experience of service in mortar or artillery units – preferably
weapon handling skills will be an advantage
readiness for service under a Combat Contract or transfer through the Army+

stable financial support from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of combat missions)
guaranteed annual basic leave for 30 days
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
stay together with the unit in constant readiness to perform assigned tasks
free treatment and financial compensation for injuries resulting from participation in hostilities
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service

provision of modern mortar weapons, ammunition, communications equipment and necessary equipment
opportunity to undergo specialized mortar and military training
