NLP/LLM Developer

Responsibilities

design, development and implementation of ML/LLM models
development and support of (RAG) pipelines: chunking, indexing, retreat, integration with LLM
building agent systems: orchestration of instruments, context and memory management, building multi-step action chains
design of ML/NLP quality assessment systems and agent solutions
development of multimodal systems at the intersection of computer vision and LLM (processing of images and documents together with text)
deployment and maintenance of models on local infrastructure local host)
fine-tuning models for specific tasks and domains (LoRA/QLoRA, instruction tuning, etc.)
hosting and maintenance of models on NVIDIA GPU-infrastructure, VRAM management (memory allocation, butching, quantization of models to save resources)

experience in Machine Learning / Data Science from 2 years, confident knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn or Keras)
Experience with LLM and transformer architectures, including multimodal systems at the junction of computer vision and LLM (text + image)
experience in deploying locally hosted LLMs (Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp, LM Studio, etc.) and practical experience in fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA, instruction tuning, RLHF or similar approaches)
experience in building RAG pipelines from scratch (chunking strategies, choosing embedding models, indexing, retreat) and working with vector databases (FAISS, Qdrant, Weaviate, Milvus, Pinecone or similar)
experience in building agent systems and orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel or similar), understanding context and memory management patterns in multi-step LLM systems
experience in building human-in-the-loop assessment processes and collecting feedback to continuously improve models
knowledge of hosting models on NVIDIA GPU (CUDA, drivers, monitoring) and VRAM management (memory calculation, load optimization, work with quantized models)
