Responsibilities
- work with sighting and observation devices of the tank
- the command of the tank commander
- observation of the situation and identification of defined targets
- Commands of the Tank Commander
- preparation of weapons for use
- monitoring the serviceability of sighting and other systems assigned to the gunner
- participation in tank maintenance
- maintenance of weapons and equipment in good condition
- interaction with the tank commander, loader and driver
- compliance with safety rules when working with weapons
Requirements
- experience in military service will be an advantage
- experience in tank or mechanized units - preferably
- skills in working with weapons and sighting systems will be an advantage
- good physical fitness and endurance
- attentiveness, accuracy and good concentration
- responsibility, discipline and stress resistance
- ability to execute commands quickly and accurately
- readiness to work as part of a tank crew
- readiness for service under a Combat Contract or transfer through the Army+
- fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the VLC
