Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of the unit
aiming weapons of a combat vehicle (tank) at the target and firing a shot
constant maintenance of weapons, aiming and observation devices in readiness for combat use
inspection, preparation for the firing of ammunition and their laying
conducting accurate fire and destroying detected targets on the command of the tank commander or independently
continuous improvement of their professional skills
observance of military discipline and statute

age from 18 years
knowledge of tank armament, aiming and surveillance devices
knowledge of the rules of firing a gun and a machine gun paired with it
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
ability to work in a team
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
secondary, specialized secondary or higher education
willingness to constantly learn and develop
responsibility, attentiveness and ability to make quick decisions

mobilization directly to a military unit until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from 21,000 to 120,000 hryvnias, depending on the tasks and place of their execution, as well as a title + additional payment of 70,000 hryvnias for every 30 days (totally calculated) of tasks on the front line
providing training or improving skills, providing the necessary support to gain sufficient experience and skills
proper medical care
vacation according to the schedule and in the presence of family circumstances that are determined by law
legal support and psychological support
attracting candidates with combat experience in 2014-2024 directly to the unit without passing the BZVP (optional), if necessary, professional training is guaranteed
