Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of the unit
aiming weapons of a combat vehicle (tank) at the target and firing a shot
checking the status of weapons, sighting devices, loading and guidance mechanisms
compliance with the requirements of statutes and discipline
timely maintenance of personal weapons

age from 18 years
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
secondary education, secondary special education
high level of motivation and stress resistance
responsibility, attentiveness and ability to make quick decisions
Ability to work in a team

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring current servicemen with the consent of the immediate commander after mandatory selection measures
service in the combat zone
provision of training by position
shift schedule of combat mission
career prospects and leadership skills development
rank of private/sergeant
cash allowance from 21,000 + additional reward of 100,000 hryvnias, which is proportional to the days of performing combat missions
additional one-time reward of UAH 70,000 for each full 30 days of performing tasks on the line of contact
