Responsibilities
- determination of targets and guidance of ACS on firing positions
- fire adjustment in accordance with tasks and feedback from observers
- ensuring accurate shooting and performance of combat missions in accordance with orders
- maintaining the serviceability and readiness of sighting devices and weapons
- interaction with the crew and team for effective fire control
Requirements
- ability to work with sighting systems and artillery weapons
- high accuracy and concentration of attention when performing tasks
- teamwork skills and following the commander's instructions
- ability to make quick decisions in combat conditions
